Green Liver
Green Liver is a Health Awareness Day that brings people together to raise awareness of viral hepatitis and encourage people to get healthy & at the same time we are celebrating The 1000 Liver transplants successfully performed in Egypt! It will be held in Family Park Tolip on May 2017. My role is to ensure that the project is delivered within scope, schedule, cost and quality. I develop the project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans.

Oto-Alex 2017
It will be held in September 2017. I'll have the chance to hear from an impressive line-up of the Most Popular International speakers from all over the world! I contact the Speakers from different countries. Finalizing the contribution of the Pharmaceutical and Cochlear Implants Companies was my responsibility beside dealing with the Client. OtoAlex will be held in Intercontinental City Stars from 27th to 29th September 2017.
PROJECTS
I'm a Project Manager.I can manage the whole life cycle of the initiatives ensuring they are delivered within scope, schedule, cost and quality, develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans conferring with management, carrying out risk assessment, work closely with different internal Business Units, technical partners and external customers to implement valid initiatives by developing effective working relationships. And finally I can monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Egypt Cochlea
The 2nd Conference of Cochlear Implant Unit in collaboration with the Egyptian ORL Society. My role was "Meet and Assist" for about 135 of the International Guests. Egypt Cochlea was held in Intercontinental City Stars from 3rd to 5th February 2017.
Hearing and Speech Institute Conference
Because we are seeking for better Hearing and Communication. I organized The First Conference Hearing and Speech Institute on 15th to 17th November 2016 at Marriott Hotel - Zamalek - Cairo. My role was the contribution of the biggest 13 company for Audiology.
International Pediatric Congress
The International Pediatric ORL congress was with contributions from different specialties, asides otolaryngologists, phoniatricians, audiologists, pediatricians, anesthesiologists, plastic surgeons, and pediatric surgeons. It was held in Mena House Hotel. I was dealing with the main sponsors. Dealingwith clients and handling all queries.
Ain Shams ORL Academy Meeting
The meeting has been designed to provide not only an innovative and comprehensive overview of the latest research developments but also practice-oriented and educational themes. It was held in Fairmont Heliopolis Towers. I coordinate with the professors and the board of the meeting. Contacted the sponsors before the event and develop long term market plan and strategies, managing marketing budget.
Oto Alex and Alex Cochlea 2016
OtoAlex is one of the fastest growing; highly attended specialized congresses in Otolaryngology in Egypt. It was held in Helnan Palestine Hotel in Alexandria. Before the event I contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and coordinate all event’s details such as suppliers, equipment and productions. During the event I was dealing with the rooming list for Helnan Hotel and Sheraton Al-Montazah Hotel.
English Teacher
Dealing with kids and having some fun and Arts was a really good experience at the International Nursery for Languages (INL). I learnt how to be patience, how to deal with different characters specially when they are kids, how to deal with the situation with no loss. My job was to handle 25 kids 3 hours per day and teach them to merge between what they learn (Letters, Numbers and colors) and what they draw so as to be creative.
Branch Manager
As a manager of a branch, I was responsible for how the pharmacy runs, both in the dispensary and in the retail area, with holding any operational obstacles and problems, making sure that the staff follows all standard operating procedures and are trained to the appropriate level for their job description.
And to help the staff with their learning about over-the-counter products so that they understand all the important questions to ask and why, and when they would need to refer to me as a manager or involve me in any unsolved or critical client needs.
International Pharmacy Professional Awareness Campaign (PPAC)
Awareness the education plays an extremely important role in preparing pharmacy students for practice and other professional activities. It serves to ensure adequate and appropriate competence, knowledge, skills, attitudes and behavior required of pharmacists in order to contribute to communities and health systems in the best possible ways. I was committed to ensuring quality pharmacy education, strives to provide pharmacy students around the globe with avenues to broaden their knowledge base and encourages member associations to be proactive in improving pharmacy education.
National Pharmacy Professional Awareness Campaign (PPAC)
The Egyptian Federation has the same role as the International Federation. It represents Egypt in the International Federation. EPSF consists of 13 associations. The pharmacy professional development initiatives in the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Students Federation advocate and promote the role of the pharmacist as an integral member of the health professional team. My aim was to encourage the students of core skills required by pharmacists to effectively communicate with patients and other health professionals and to optimize health outcomes with EPSF Members all over Egypt.
Mexico Delegate at mWHO
The Model World Health organization (mWHO) is an academic simulation of World Health Organization where delegates had a certain health topic. I was assigned to the "Poverty Problem" in "Mexico" and had to show it in a Conference. A simulation of the actual conferences held by the WHO, where delegates will be assigned countries to represent in the conference as these countries’ health officials, and discuss the topic(s) they covered in the sessions in order to reach a resolution regarding that/these topic(s). In the conference, all the countries (delegations) will try to reach a plan of action/resolution towards the topic(s) discussed.
Chairman of Organization Committee
EPSF-MUST is one of the leading associations in EPSF. EPSF is the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Students Federation a student organization under the supervision of the Egyptian Pharmacist Syndicate.It represents Egypt in the International Student Federation. I was the chairman of Organization Committee in EPSF-MUST in 2011-2012 and supervised several projects such as Pneumonia Campaign, Diabetes Campaign and Tobacco Alert Campaign. My role was to promote public awareness in Egypt and to deliver the concept of pharmacy students' role to the public and to spread the latest information about Public Health topics to my association.
Co - Founder and Chairman of Organization Committee
An Employment Fair gathering 13 Pharmaceutical Companies and a Symposium for all Pharmacy Students all over Egypt was my due and role in the TCM (Traing Committee in MUST). It was founded in 2012 with the supervision of the Dean of Pharmacy Prof.El-Miligi.
First Aid Volunteer
First Aid is to provide care to people in need at public events. I learnt how to represent my job in a professional manner at events, undertake continuous training and development applicable to my specific role, be trained in and able to complete all documentation for all clients, have due regard to client confidentiality at all times, ensure that all materials used is fit for purpose and any faults are reported, keep a record of all training you receive.
Clinical Skills Event
It was a competition skills event for showing up your Clinical Skills in the presence of El-Ezabi Pharmacy's representative to judge. My role was coordinating with the whole cycle to set the competition and the winner will get through the Semi-Final (National), then to the Final (International).
Worlds AIDS Day Event
Coordinating with the designer for Printouts, Contacting with the Doctors to setup the instructive session and publication the event with the Social Media committee was my role.
